1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of vedaskitchen.co.uk and your orders from Vedas Kitchen, 60-62 Milton Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 7JX. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (card) or acceptance (cash)
  • Allergen information: customers with allergies should contact us before ordering

3. Payment

  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Cash payment is available for collection and dine-in orders
  • Pay-at-restaurant option available for dine-in orders
  • We do not store your card details

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery is available within our delivery zones (check at checkout)
  • A delivery fee of £2.99 applies to all delivery orders
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
  • Collection orders should be picked up at the time specified
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins — contact us immediately
  • Refunds for card payments are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe
  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
  • Cash payment refunds are handled in person

6. Reservations

  • Reservations are subject to availability
  • We ask that cancellations be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • We reserve the right to release tables held beyond 15 minutes past the reservation time

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Vedas Kitchen and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedas Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
