1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Vedas Kitchen website (vedaskitchen.co.uk) and our services including dine-in, takeaway, delivery, catering, and hall hire. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Online Orders

All prices on our website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change menu prices without prior notice. Orders are subject to availability. Once an order is confirmed and payment taken, it constitutes a binding agreement.

3. Reservations

Table reservations are subject to availability and we will make every effort to honour confirmed bookings. We request at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. Tables may be released if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late without communication.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within a specified radius of our restaurant. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to demand or weather conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

While we take great care to accommodate dietary requirements, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur. Customers with severe allergies should inform our staff before ordering.

6. Catering & Hall Hire

Catering and hall hire bookings require a deposit to secure the date. Cancellation terms and refund policies will be outlined in the individual booking agreement provided at the time of confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vedas Kitchen and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vedas Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order or service in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
